Delivery & Shipping

At I Love Books we strive to transmit our love for books and reading to as many people as possible, of all ages and cultures. As such, our intention is to ensure that our books, both those at bargain and at normal prices, are delivered efficiently and to anywhere in Malta and Gozo and overseas. However, collection, delivery and shipping policies vary for Malta and overseas. Read below for a clarification of our policies regarding book orders, both for new and used books, placed online.

Order Collection: Book orders placed through the online catalogue can be collected from one of our pick-up points in Naxxar and Zejtun or else delivered to your home or place of work. Orders will be processed the following working day and should be collected within 7 days from order. If clients would like to collect orders after 7 days from the order date they are kindly requested to inform us.

Order Delivery: For orders delivered at home or at the workplace, you are kindly requested to mark the appropriate delivery box when completing an order and fill in the best days and times during which deliveries can be effected, in the comments section. Kindly, also insert your mobile number as we will need to contact you regarding said delivery. Delivery is FREE for Orders over €20. Orders below this amount incur an extra charge of €3.50. Please note that this free delivery option is available only for Malta and Gozo. Orders placed by clients for delivery to Gozo will be sent by mail and payment by PayPal or by cheque should be received before the items are sent.

Shipping: ilovebooks.com.mt has not yet set up a fixed set of shipping charges for postage of books overseas. Should clients from abroad wish to purchase any of the books in the online book catalogue, kindly send an email at info@ilovebooks.com.mt specifying the books you wish to purchase. We will then get back to you at our earliest with the shipping charges the order would incur. Orders can then be confirmed by email. Payments for overseas shipping should be effected online through PayPal.
